ABWIN’s success and core values, as well as its team of top mortgage professionals, made the decision for Beach Community Bank to purchase ABWIN an easy one! And, with the union of these two locally owned, community focused companies Beach Community Mortgage was created.

Bob Brown, Jr., the management team, and all staff will remain as part of Beach Community Mortgage which is under the daily leadership of Vice President, Michael Tano.
